Our caregivers go through a thorough screening process, including: Our placement fee covers sourcing, vetting, and matching you with a caregiver who fits your needs and personality. We also provide a 30-day replacement guarantee, so you’re not starting over if something doesn’t work out.

Your comfort is our priority. If something isn’t the right fit, we will quickly match you with a new caregiver.
